No stalls are running on this yet. We visited six in the Klang Valley, watched a lunch rush at each one, and built the till we thought they needed. Now we need five of them to tell us where we got it wrong.

Sign up on your phone
Email, password, your stall name. No sales call, no card, no site visit — you are inside the app on the next screen.
Add your dishes
Name, category, price. Snap a photo of each dish while you are standing at the counter — customers on the self-order screen pick by looking, so a photo does the selling.
Start taking money
Tap the tray, take cash or show a DuitNow QR, print the receipt on a Bluetooth printer. Today's takings are on the home screen. If the wifi drops, orders queue on the device and sync when it is back.

Four things that cost a stall money every lunch. The free POS fixes all four today — no camera, no hardware.
Five dishes, five prices, in your head, with six people waiting. It is not the hard part of running a stall — it is just the slow part, and it repeats fifty times a lunch.
Eyeball the tray on a busy day and you undercharge. Round up and the customer argues. Either way the number in the till is not the number you meant to charge.

The DuitNow code is printed and taped up. The customer scans, says paid, and you take their word for it — the till has no idea the money arrived.

Across the six stalls we visited, the operator was the owner and the owner was over fifty. Cashier staff are hard to find and harder to keep. The work has to get simpler, not the team bigger.
Economy rice is the same business in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia — same trays, same problem, same price sensitivity. That is our expansion plan, not a result we have achieved.
